I was hanging out with Mr. Panties last night, and I'm feeling relief that I probably will not see him next Tuesday night. I train with my trainer on Wednesday mornings, and it's actually very important I get enough sleep the nights before I train with him.

Now that I am training heavier, I've noticed that my need for sleep has increased. My appetite has also increased...along with the size of my legs. I already knew that I would start looking bulkier. It's what I like least about strength training although I do like having muscle definition. I'll probably do another month of stength training and then move onto leaning out.

I did want to change up the workouts every 4 months, but I don't know how man-ish I'd look come May!

I'm still hanging out with Mr. Panties with apprehension. I like his company but still uncertain about anything else!
